An Intimate Experience
On the evening of Wednesday 15 May, we'll be hosting an intimate evening in our private dining room, where diners will have the opportunity to savour a four-course menu expertly paired with a stunning Stella Bella wine.
The event will be hosted by chief winemaker, Luke Jolliffe, who will guide you through the nuances and complexities of each varietal, providing insights into the art of winemaking and the unique terroir of Margaret River.
Jolliffe, a viticulturist and winemaker, has been recognised as a finalist for the prestigious 2020 Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the Year award. He is known for crafting exceptional southern Margaret River wines that have earned numerous trophies and acclaim for their "finesse and class."
